Wound Care Tech / Field Assistant Mobile Wound Care | Part-Time Los Angeles County, CA $200 Per Day Join a Growing Mobile Wound Care Team Wound Docs is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Wound Care Tech / Field Assistant to support our mobile wound care providers throughout Los Angeles County. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care, working independently in the field, and gaining experience in a specialized, fast-growing area of healthcare. You'll work closely with experienced wound care providers in patient homes and healthcare facilities while building valuable clinical experience in advanced wound management. Key Responsibilities Assist providers with wound assessments and treatments Support dressing changes, wound cleansing, and procedures under provider supervision Prepare, organize, and transport medical supplies and equipment Assist with mobile setup in patient homes and facilities Coordinate patient visits and follow-up scheduling Monitor and document patient progress and communicate concerns to providers Educate patients and caregivers on wound care expectations and healing Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, facility staff, and office personnel Qualifications Active healthcare certification or license preferred: CNA Medical Assistant EMT Surgical Tech LVN Or similar healthcare experience BLS/CPR Certification required Minimum 1 year of wound care or related clinical experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, patient-focused mindset Ability to work independently in the field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles County Ability to lift and transport medical supplies/equipment What We Offer $200 per day Predictable weekday schedule No nights No weekends No on-call Opportunity for professional growth in advanced wound care Supportive and collaborative clinical team environment Why Join Wound Docs?
