The Role We are seeking a talented and client-centric Client Care Coordinator to focus on coordinating client care. You will be the vital link between injured clients and their medical providers. This role combines case management with patient advocacy to ensure clients receive timely, appropriate treatment while documenting their recovery journey. What You Will Do Match clients with specialized providers based on injury type (chiropractors, orthopedists, pain management, etc.) Schedule and track all medical appointments (initial evaluations, follow-ups, diagnostics) Coordinate transportation solutions for clients with mobility challenges Conduct weekly check-ins to monitor treatment progress and address barriers Educate clients on the importance of consistent medical documentation Escalate urgent medical needs to attorneys for case strategy adjustments Maintain detailed records of all medical visits and treatment plans Flag gaps in treatment that could weaken the case Prepare regular treatment summaries for attorney review Comply with HIPAA regulations Role may include other relevant duties as assigned. What We're Looking For 2+ years of Personal Injury Law experience is highly preferred Bilingual in Spanish or Korean, Mandarin is preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work in large teams and be computer savvy; experience with Microsoft Office Suite and digital e-filing Excellent time management, communication, organization, and analytical skills Experienced working in a paperless environment Must be able to type at least 50 WPM •Experience in high-volume scheduling roles within fast-paced healthcare environments such as chiropractic clinics, medical offices, dental practices, or specialty care is highly valued. •Why DK Law?
