Job Responsibilities:
Observe residents' health status, take actions to address concerns with scope of practice, record changes, and notify Resident Services Director. Lift/transfer residents as needed Maintain residents records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures (includes documentation, med distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations, charting any changes in physical conditions or behavior). Schedule Personal Care Assistants and develop daily tasks and assignments. Evaluate resident care needs and determine the required level of care. Maintain all health equipment for safety and proper function. Developing daily tasks and making assignments Backup MedTech and caregiving.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent certificate Must have a valid CNA in good standing Must have a reliable source of transportation Must have a team-player mindset with attention to details Timely and organized Able to pass a background check and drug screen
