This position combines outstanding customer service with treatment coordination, helping patients understand their orthodontic options, navigate financial arrangements, and confidently move forward with treatment. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, sales-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and create a welcoming, positive office experience. Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling.

Coordinate new patient consultations and ensure a seamless patient journey. Present treatment recommendations, explain financial options, and assist patients with starting treatment. Build rapport with patients and families while addressing questions and concerns. Track treatment acceptance and follow up with pending patients. Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements and payment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow. Support office goals through exceptional customer service and conversion of consultations into starts. Qualifications Previous experience in orthodontics or dental treatment coordination preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills. Comfortable discussing treatment fees and financial options. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with orthodontic or dental practice management software is preferred.
