Cedar Dental Care is seeking an experienced, dependable Treatment Coordinator who wants to grow into a key leadership position within a modern, established dental practice. This is not simply a front-desk position. You will guide patients through important treatment decisions, coordinate complex cases, and directly influence the success of both our patients and the practice.
What You'll Do:
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently. Explain financing and payment options. Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment. Coordinate Invisalign, implant, cosmetic, and comprehensive cases. Maintain accurate notes and follow-up systems. Help keep provider schedules productive. Create a warm, organized patient experience. Track case acceptance and treatment-conversion results. Collaborate closely with doctors and the front-office team.
