Responsibilities include:
Presenting and coordinating dental treatment plans Helping patients understand recommended treatment and financial options Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Collecting patient payments and assisting with financial arrangements Following up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment Communicating effectively with patients, doctors, and the clinical team Providing exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience Assisting with other front-office responsibilities as needed Qualifications & Skills 1+ year of dental experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent listening and communication abilities Strong organization and time-management skills Self-motivated and dependable Compassionate and empathetic approach to patients Comfortable using computers, phones, and dental office technology Professional, positive, and welcoming demeanor Ability to work effectively as part of a team Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is positive, dependable, motivated, and genuinely enjoys helping people .
