Full-Time Compensation:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
We Are Looking For:
An experienced, friendly, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our busy, patient-focused dental practice. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment . (2 doctors and 4 Hygienist ) Minimum Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator (Required) Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options Knowledge of PPO insurance benefits and dental terminology Experience with dental practice management software Strong organizational and multitasking skills Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Spanish-speaking preferred Must successfully pass a background check Job Responsibilities Present treatment plans and educate patients Coordinate patient scheduling Run pre-authorization for PPOs insurance Explain treatment costs and payment options Follow up with patients who have pending treatment Work closely with the doctor and clinical team Help maintain an efficient workflow in a fast-paced office Compensation $25.00-$30.00 per hour (DOE) Apply Today!
