Role:

Montebello Children's Dentistry is looking for a creative and driven Dental Marketer to help grow our practice and connect families in the Montebello community with exceptional pediatric dental care. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by building brand awareness and bringing smiles to more kids in the area!

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new pediatric dental patients Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement Plan and coordinate community outreach events, school visits, and local partnerships Monitor and manage online reputation, including Google reviews and patient feedback Create promotional materials such as flyers, newsletters, and digital ads Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and report on key metrics Collaborate with front office staff to align marketing efforts with patient experience goals

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in dental, healthcare, or a related field Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and digital marketing tools Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge local marketing strategies Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for serving families and children
