Goodnite Sleep Solution 1902 Orange Tree Ln #160 Redlands, CA 92374 Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a qualified and motivated Sleep Therapy Coordinator to join our team. The Sleep Therapy Technician plays a vital role in patient care and success by conducting initial PAP therapy setups, educating patients on device usage, and managing our Home Sleep Test (HST) process. We are seeking candidates with a medical or patient-care background who are passionate about guiding patients toward successful sleep health outcomes. While formal sleep certification or specific degrees are not required, prior experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is preferred. Responsibilities Perform initial CPAP and BiPAP therapy setups with patients. Provide patient education, coaching, and ongoing support to ensure long-term compliance and success with PAP therapy. Perform Home Sleep Study (HST) setups and fitting with patients. Track patient compliance data Educate patients on proper HST device application, usage, and safety protocols. Maintain proactive contact with patients throughout the testing process to ensure timely completion of their sleep studies. Monitor, troubleshoot, and assist with patient inquiries regarding equipment, mask fit, or testing process. Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient documentation within clinical databases. Follow all facility protocols, infection-control procedures, HIPAA guidelines, and patient-safety standards. Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, and healthcare staff. Qualifications Prior healthcare, medical assisting, or clinical patient-care experience preferred. Previous experience in sleep medicine, durable medical equipment (DME), or respiratory care is a plus. Strong technical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting basic medical equipment. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and encourage patients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking patient progress and documentation.
