Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our vibrant dental team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment plans with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will ensure seamless communication between patients and the dental team, helping to foster a positive experience from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your administrative expertise with your passion for patient care, making a meaningful difference in our patients' oral health journeys. Responsibilities Act as the main liaison between patients and the dental team, providing clear explanations of treatment options and financial arrangements Coordinate appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders to optimize patient flow and clinic efficiency Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans, including procedures, costs, and insurance coverage Manage patient records accurately and securely within our dental practice management software Support the administrative aspects of treatment planning, including preparing estimates and processing payments Communicate effectively with insurance providers to verify coverage and facilitate claims processing Maintain a welcoming environment by addressing patient questions and concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental care and treatment procedures Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support with attention to detail Office experience demonstrating proficiency with scheduling, record keeping, and customer service Familiarity with dental office operations, including insurance processing and treatment coordination Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive attitude that enhances patient interactions Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Requirements:
Experience with
PPO, HMO
Experience with Dentrix Experience in Treatment Planning. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
