Our focus is on providing comprehensive and advanced dental care in a welcoming environment. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in patient communication, treatment planning, and administrative support, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients from consultation to post-treatment care. This paid position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic dental practice committed to excellence. Duties Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans and financial arrangements. Explain treatment options clearly and thoroughly to ensure patient understanding and comfort. Coordinate scheduling of appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits efficiently. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in a dental office setting with strong administrative skills. Experience supporting dental office operations, including insurance processing and appointment scheduling. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex treatment options clearly. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a Dental Office Coordinator or Treatment Coordinator is mandatory.
Pay:
$26.00 - $35.00 per hour
