About the
Role:
As our Dental Treatment & Financial Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients. You'll guide them through their treatment plans, handle financial arrangements, and support our team in delivering top-quality care.
What You'll Do:
Guide patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed every step of the way Manage and coordinate treatment schedules to optimize patient flow Oversee financial coordination, including payment plans, insurance claims, and patient billing Serve as the liaison between patients and the clinical team, keeping everyone informed and on the same page Handle insurance verification and pre-authorizations with accuracy Build positive relationships with patients to create a welcoming and trusted environment
What We're Looking For:
Experience in dental treatment and/or financial coordination (preferred) Knowledge of dental billing, insurance claims, and payment plans Proficiency with dental management software (Eaglesoft) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong multi-tasking abilities and a detail-oriented mindset A compassionate and patient-focused attitude Why Join Us?
