We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Position Summary The Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for new patients and their families during the consultation process. This role is responsible for presenting treatment recommendations, discussing financial arrangements, coordinating treatment starts, and helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their treatment journey. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Welcome and guide new patients through orthodontic consultations Present and explain treatment plans, timelines, and expected outcomes Review treatment fees, insurance benefits, financing, and payment options Prepare financial agreements and obtain required documentation Follow up with pending patients to support treatment acceptance Coordinate treatment starts and scheduling with the clinical team Maintain accurate patient records and required paperwork Provide exceptional customer service and build strong patient relationships Support practice growth by tracking treatment acceptance and conversion goals Qualifications 1-3 years of orthodontic, dental, healthcare, sales, or customer service experience preferred Treatment coordinating experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and positive attitude Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office preferred Additional Compensation Plus monthly or quarterly bonuses tied to: Treatment acceptance New patient starts Production goals Practice collections Benefits Eligible full-time employees may participate in company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO accrual, paid holidays, 401(k), and additional voluntary benefit offerings.
