Job description Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | Approximately 34 Hours/Week | No Weekends Do you love connecting with people, making them feel comfortable, and helping them feel confident about their decisions? Olson Family Orthodontics is looking for a warm, confident, organized, and people-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Treatment Coordinator is one of the first relationships our new patients and families build with our practice. You'll guide patients through their initial orthodontic consultation, help them understand treatment recommendations and financial options, answer questions, and make sure they feel supported from their first visit through starting treatment. Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but personality, communication skills, and the ability to connect with people are extremely important to us. We are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Create a warm and welcoming experience for new patients and families Assist our doctors during new-patient orthodontic exams Explain treatment recommendations in an easy-to-understand way Present treatment fees, payment options, and financial arrangements confidently Help patients feel comfortable moving forward with treatment Follow up with patients who are considering treatment Schedule treatment starts and appropriate follow-up appointments Maintain accurate and detailed digital chart notes Prepare treatment estimates according to established practice guidelines Take orthodontic photographs and X-rays as needed Communicate closely with our doctors, financial coordinator, scheduling team, and clinical team Follow established office systems and protocols Help wherever needed to create an exceptional patient experience You Might Be a Great Fit If You Are Naturally friendly and comfortable talking with new people A confident communicator and great listener Comfortable discussing treatment costs and payment options Organized and detail-oriented Someone who follows through and doesn't let things fall through the cracks Self-motivated and able to take ownership of your responsibilities Positive, professional, and dependable Comfortable learning new technology and practice software A team player who is willing to jump in and help Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people Previous dental or orthodontic experience and X-ray certification are a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
