HOW DO WE DO THAT.

We specialize in a technique called non-surgical spinal decompression. The tables gently stretch the spine to take pressure off of the spinal nerves and help reduce pain. Other treatments performed are cold laser therapy, power plate rehab exercises, Chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy and more! Your duties would be;

• Conduct report of findings presentations with patients to present personalized care plans and close treatment starts
• Handle all financial conversations including payment options, financing, and collecting payment at point of care
• Manage a pipeline of 13+ weekly patient consultations
• Collaborate with clinical doctors to execute seamless exam-to-coordinator handoffs using our proven patient care framework
• Track and report weekly metrics including presentations, starts, collections, and continuation sales
• Train directly under the clinic founder using recorded real case footage to master our emotional selling framework
• Grow into a high-earning role with a $50-65k base and top performers earning over $100k through performance bonuses Join our team where you will play an integral role in enhancing the patient experience while supporting our healthcare professionals.
