Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and guidance to a diverse clientele facing complex mental health, substance use, and environmental challenges. Do you have your Bachelor in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling and looking to get more experience working in mental health settings? Are you passionate about helping clients focus on health and wellness treatment goals and services work with a vulnerable client population? Do you want to develop some case management skills and counseling skills? Do you have experience working with adults and children in an outpatient clinical setting? Are you experienced in providing traditional case management services, supportive counseling, and facilitating treatment groups? Are you familiar with insurance programs like Medicaid and Medicare? Is building relationships with clients easy for you? Do you have your Bachelor in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling and looking to get more experience working in mental health settings?
