Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team. As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping keep the day-to-day operations of the practice running smoothly.

This position combines front-office and scheduling responsibilities with some financial coordination, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and taking ownership of a variety of responsibilities.

What You'll DoGreet patients and families warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phoneSchedule, confirm, and modify appointments to help maintain smooth patient flow and an efficient clinical scheduleMonitor and adjust the daily schedule as needed for changes, emergencies, and same-day appointmentsVerify dental insurance eligibility and benefitsAssist patients with questions regarding insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, and treatment estimatesVerify and update patient contact, insurance, and other necessary informationCollect and accurately document payments and other required informationRespond to incoming calls and emails and direct questions to the appropriate team memberMaintain accurate information in scheduling systems and patient recordsWork closely with the clinical and administrative teams to provide an exceptional patient experienceQualificationsWhat We're Looking ForExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and remain organized in a busy practicePositive attitude and team-first mindsetDependability and attention to detailComfort discussing financial and insurance information with patientsPrevious front desk, scheduling, customer service, or financial coordination experience preferredDental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAdditional InformationWhy You'll Love Working with UsFull-time, four-day workweek — Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and FridaysNo weekendsCompetitive pay of $18-$22/hour, depending on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer contributionsProfit sharing and additional retirement benefitsPaid time off and additional benefitsOrthodontic benefits for you and your familyOngoing learning and development with opportunities to grow within the practice and organizationA supportive, collaborative team environmentSchedule & LocationThis is a full-time, four-day-per-week position working Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
