Our practice excels at providing an educationally focused approach to building trust and rapport with the patients we meet.
Our ideal candidate should possess:
  • Previous orthodontic experience (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • A professional, positive and confident demeanor
  • Outstanding organization and attention to detail
  • Be comfortable discussing finances and insurance
Responsibilities Include:
  • Welcoming new patients and assisting the doctor with examinations
  • Presenting diagnosis along with treatment recommendations in consultation
  • Presenting fees and payment options
  • Scheduling appointments and managing follow-up
  • Coordinating communication with referring dentists and specialists
  • Assisting with front office and clinical duties as needed This full-time position averages 4 to 5 days per week with no weekends.
