This position is a full-time, onsite role Monday - Friday with some weekends required. Duties Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new candidates Managing scheduling Manage incoming phone calls Qualifications Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with spreadsheets and other productivity tools. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette for client interactions. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in homecare is highly desirable.
