Client Care Advisor - Senior Home Care Home Instead® | Wilmington/Newark, DE Full-Time Build Relationships. Solve Problems. Make a Difference. Are you an organized, relationship-focused professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making a meaningful difference? Home Instead Wilmington/Newark is seeking a compassionate, motivated Client Care Advisor to join our team. This is a highly relational role for someone who combines excellent people skills with strong organization, good judgment, and a commitment to exceptional service. You'll serve as a trusted point of contact for older adults and their families, helping them navigate care needs and ensuring they receive personalized, high-quality support at home. Experience in home care, healthcare, social work, senior services, or care coordination is a plus, but we're also interested in accomplished professionals from other fields who bring strong client-service, relationship-management, and problem-solving experience. What You'll Do Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients and their families Conduct in-home Care Consultations and ongoing client assessments Develop and update personalized Plans of Care as client needs change Oversee client services with a focus on quality, satisfaction, and retention Work closely with Care Professionals and our office team to coordinate successful care Identify changing client needs and recommend additional services or support when appropriate Resolve concerns with empathy, professionalism, and good judgment Maintain accurate client documentation and uphold quality standards Travel locally to client homes and senior living communities during the workday What We're Looking For Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple, changing priorities A compassionate, service-oriented approach Confidence communicating with clients and families, including during sensitive or challenging situations A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through Comfort with technology and electronic record-keeping systems Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Professional experience in a relationship-focused, client-service environment; home care, healthcare, social work, senior services, or care coordination experience is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Home Instead?
