$65,000 including commission | Six-Figure Earning Potential About the Opportunity OneSolution Dental Implant Centers is seeking an experienced Full Arch Treatment Coordinator to join our Orlando / Altamonte Springs team. This role is ideal for a confident, results-driven dental professional with strong sales experience who understands the Full Arch patient journey and knows how to guide patients through high-value treatment decisions. Direct experience with All-on-4, Full Arch dental implants, or similar high-value implant treatment is strongly preferred. Founded in 2009, OneSolution Dental Implant Centers specializes in complex full-mouth reconstruction and Full Arch implant dentistry. Our clinical team includes Oral Surgeons, Prosthodontists, and an in-house laboratory utilizing advanced digital technology and zirconia restorations. The Treatment Coordinator will work closely with doctors and patients from the initial consultation through treatment acceptance, helping patients understand their options, financing, and next steps. Key Responsibilities Meet with prospective patients during Full Arch and dental implant consultations Build trust and understand each patient's concerns, goals, and needs Present treatment plans clearly and confidently Explain the Full Arch / All-on-4 treatment process and answer patient questions Work closely with doctors to ensure patients understand their treatment options Follow up with prospective patients by phone and maintain consistent communication Guide patients through financing and payment options Help patients overcome concerns and make informed treatment decisions Complete consent forms, financing documents, and required treatment paperwork Maintain accurate patient information and follow-up activity in the CRM Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to maintain a smooth patient experience Stay engaged with patients throughout the treatment process Meet individual and practice treatment acceptance and sales goals What We're Looking For Experience with Full Arch, All-on-4, dental implants, or high-value dental treatment Strong sales and closing skills 3-5 years of B2C sales experience preferred Comfortable presenting high-value treatment plans and discussing financing Confident, outgoing, and professional communication style Strong ability to build trust and connect with patients Goal-oriented and motivated by performance Excellent follow-up and organizational skills Comfortable using a CRM and tracking patient activity Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Strong team player who can also work independently Dental experience strongly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation and Benefits Starting compensation of approximately $65,000 including commission Monthly bonus opportunities Opportunity to earn six figures based on performance Medical insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance 401(k) matching Paid time off Paid training Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday On-site Weekends as needed based on scheduled consultations Why Join OneSolution?
