As a Healthy Start Care Coordination Intern you'll assist our staff in providing direct client services to pregnant women, infants, children and their parents/guardians, to improve birth and health outcomes. This unpaid internship opportunity that will provide real-world experience within a multigenerational and multicultural client setting!

Assist in researching and providing community resources for our clients Observe home visits with a care coordinator and participate as desired/as is applicable Review screening tools - plans of safe care, depression screening, and milestone questionnaires Provide parent education such as safe sleep, child development, household safety, etc.YOU HAVE

Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's degree program in a Human Services Field Must be available anytime between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm to complete internship hours All applicants are subject to background screening through the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
