We are looking for someone who can confidently guide patients from diagnosis to treatment by helping them understand the value of their care, overcome concerns, and commit to improving their health. You will play a major role in helping patients say "yes" to treatment while helping us continue to grow as a practice. What You'll Do Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Help patients understand recommended treatment and why it matters Review financial options, insurance estimates, and payment solutions Build trust and overcome objections with empathy and professionalism Improve case acceptance and help keep doctor schedules productive Follow up with unscheduled treatment and reactivation opportunities Coordinate with doctors, assistants, and front office team Deliver an outstanding patient experience from start to finish Who We're Looking For We want a self-motivated, driven, high-energy person who enjoys both sales and service . You may be a great fit if you: Have dental office experience (required or strongly preferred) Have experience in sales, case acceptance, or treatment coordination Are confident discussing money and handling objections Know how to build rapport quickly Are organized and detail-oriented Thrive under goals, KPIs, and performance expectations Want to grow personally and professionally Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do Ideal Background Experience in one or more of the following: Dental Treatment Coordinator Dental Front Desk with financial presentation experience High-ticket sales Healthcare sales / patient conversion roles Insurance and financing coordination Compensation & Benefits We believe great people deserve great compensation.
