• 40 hours/week.

Training will be provided.

JOB DETAILS

Taking customer calls and scheduling appointments Performing head checks and treating head lice Educating families on lice care removal and follow-up treatment. Clean-up work area after treatment. Performing marketing activities to advertise and promote the business

• including email marketing, guerilla marketing and social media marketing

Business Hours:

Monday

• Saturday:

  8 AM
• 11 PM;

Sundays:

11 AM

• 7 PM.

MUST HAVES

High energy, people person with a very positive attitude. Must be a team player Cannot be squeamish in any way and must be comfortable with bugs Standing long periods Attention to detail

• technicians are expected to remove all lice on the first visit Calm, friendly, professional demeanor Experience with children, including children with special needs. Preferred, but not required High patience level, and the ability to work with very stressed-out people including children, parents, and business professionals Strong communication skills
• to educate clients to complete the follow-up treatment plan and prevent further head lice infestations Growth mindset
• desire to join for the long term and grow with the company Reliable means of transportation and able to commute to work during business hours MS Word and Excel proficiency Basic Sales/ Customer Service experience

NICE TO HAVE

Teaching/Tutoring, Social work, Healthcare, Childcare, Cosmetology or Retail experience a plus, but not required Social media marketing
