Dental Treatment Coordinator Beauclerc Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly, patient-oriented team! We are a privately owned PPO dental practice with an amazing team and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, motivated, and passionate about helping patients understand their treatment options and move forward with the care they need. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental environment. You should be comfortable with treatment presentation, patient education, financial discussions, and treatment follow-up . We are looking for someone who can confidently communicate the value and benefits of recommended treatment while creating a comfortable, positive experience for our patients.

The successful candidate will:

Have a minimum of 2 years of dental experience . Confidently present treatment plans and educate patients about the benefits and importance of recommended care. Be knowledgeable and comfortable discussing all available financing and payment options. Be proactive in helping patients understand their options and overcome barriers to accepting and scheduling treatment. Take ownership of following up with patients who have pending or unscheduled treatment. Possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Be comfortable multitasking and working efficiently in a busy dental office. Be team-oriented and willing to work collaboratively with doctors and team members. Be quality-focused and production-minded, while maintaining a patient-first approach. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, accountability, and a positive attitude. Be comfortable working toward practice goals and contributing to the overall growth and success of the practice. Have experience with Open Dental Software. Be bilingual in English and Spanish — a plus!

8:00 AM-5:00

PM Friday:
