This is a results-driven position with base pay plus performance bonuses tied to case acceptance. Successful coordinators can earn $60,000+ annually. Responsibilities Present treatment plans confidently and professionally Explain insurance benefits, costs, financing and payment options Convert recommended treatment into accepted and scheduled care Follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment Track case acceptance and treatment opportunities Build strong patient relationships and address financial concerns Qualifications Prior dental treatment coordinator experience strongly preferred Proven ability to achieve strong case acceptance Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financing Excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills Dental software and insurance experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Work schedule is Tue-Sat, 8 am - 5 pm
