At this time we have an immediate opening for an experienced and qualified Front Office Coordinator / Medical Assistant to join our practice, handle the Front Office procedures along with other rehab assistant duties as necessary. To be considered, qualified applicants must have a minimum of 1 year or more of verifiable experience with: Medical Front Office (scheduling, insurance verification/billing, data entry, medical procedures) Physical Therapy Procedures Phlebotomy Procedures desired Professional conduct with therapists and clients Social Media knowledge for clinic marketing Bi-Lingual English / Spanish speaking is desired. This position is a part to full-time 3-4 days a week position following completion of the initial employment period and after a 1 year period will be eligible for a Retirement plan (with employer contributions). If at a full time work schedule occurs a generous benefits package is available. You must have a somewhat flexible schedule with the ability to work till 6:30/7:00 p.m. 2-3 nights a week . Typical weeks would be 16-34 hours. Would like the employee to have the ability to cover 1 day a week in our Brandon office as needed for vacations and possibly more when needed. We offer competitive wages a bonus plan and pleasant work conditions. Starting pay is between $15-19/hr. depending on experience.
