THE WORK
You'll collaborate with System Management and the Communications Coordinator, assisting with research, creation and administration of customer outreach initiatives relating to water conservation, emergency preparedness, and other topics You'll measure program effectiveness and determine areas for increased customer outreach. Create and update data dashboards that track social messaging. You'll provide administrative support across several functional teams. You'll participate in community events, public hearings, workshops and HOA meetings as needed. Reliable transportation is required. You'll work with Community Services Team Members to develop and update programs for the Community Services team throughout the state of Florida. You'll provide customer support for the different Community Services Representatives throughout the governmental client's connection areas. You'll review and provide recommendations on utility water conservation practices, drafting social messaging to go along with findings. You'll assist in drafting reports or presentations to Management, Board of Directors, stakeholders, and the general public. You'll provide research and task handling to cross-functional teams as assigned by management.
Work Location:
Flexible The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. $20 - $24 an hour Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
