Role and Responsibilities Greet all visitors with courtesy, professionalism and compassion. Determine visitors' needs and how to direct or assist them. Answer all phone calls and questions. Take payments in person or by phone & provide receipts as requested (i.e. hand delivery, email, etc.). Process the paid-out contract accounts. Process and deliver internally the incoming and outgoing mail. Find burial sites for families and provide them with maps of the cemetery. Sell in house flowers, track sales and restock inventory. Maintain a spreadsheet for pre-sold flower placement. Track market share data weekly and monthly to utilize for statistics at the end of the month. Qualifications and Education Requirements Ability to work within Microsoft 360 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Ability to work independently as well as maintain effective working relationships with others. Possess proper phone etiquette and excellent customer service. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, sitting, pushing, pulling…etc.) Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments Must be reliable and dependable (must arrive on time) Work history should demonstrate safety, efficiency, flexibility, and willingness to learn Additional Notes 90 Day Probationary Period Applies Expected hours: 40.0 per week
