Rotating On-Call responsibilities (after-hours & weekends) Are you organized, caring, and love connecting people with the help they need? We're looking for a warm, reliable, and team-oriented Home Care Scheduler to join our amazing crew at ActivAge Home Care ! In this role, you'll be the friendly face behind the scenes—making sure our clients have the support they need and our caregivers are scheduled where they're needed most. What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to meet client needs Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and compatibility Staying in touch with both caregivers and families to keep things running smoothly Helping to resolve last-minute changes or needs with a calm and positive approach Monitor attendance and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly Participating in our rotating On-Call schedule (after hours & weekends) Ensure compliance with client care plans and staffing guidelines Keeping records updated and organized using our scheduling software Supporting your team and always looking for ways to improve care coordination Covering shifts in the field in emergency cases

Great Fit If You:

Have experience with home care scheduling (bonus points if it's in private duty home care!) 1 year minimum

PREFERRED

Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently while staying calm under pressure Strong computer skills and experience with scheduling software (a plus) A team player with a positive attitude and passion for helping others Bilingual is a plus - but not required

Do you have experience in scheduling for a private duty (non-medical) home care company? Can you work overtime if necessary? Are you willing to work on-call/after hours for 1 week a month? Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm.

• This means on-call is before 9am/after 5pm Monday through Friday & ALL day Saturday/Sunday.

Are you willing to cover a shift in th field if a client needs last-minute coverage? This could require performing personal care services. Can you reliably commute to this job's location? Do you have reliable transportation? Must have your own vehicle to apply for this role
