Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The person in this position is a member of a treatment team that provides outpatient case management services to families to address the basic support needs of the family and coordinate the therapeutic aspects of services provided to all family members. Duties include Assessing, monitoring, linking, and advocating for families referred by the child welfare system regardless of payment source. Position requires a large amount of writing to document service provided. Must be knowledgeable of community resources. Must be able to work with individuals who have substance abuse issues. Must be a reliable team player. This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week and includes the following responsibilities: Screening referred clients for the program eligibility Provides outreach and support services to clients Provides case management services to clients with substance use disorder Ability to work with clients in their homes, workplace or other community settings Works collaboratively with wrap around team supporting clients working to reunify with their children Provides ongoing feedback on coordination of services and supports with child protective investigators and child welfare case managers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field One year or more years of experience working with adults experiencing behavioral health disorders. Experience working with individuals who have substance use disorder. Pass a Level 2 background screen and a negative drug screen Professional References (3) Current valid driver's license in the State of Florida Come join our team at EPIC Behavioral Healthcare!
