Responsibility:

Conduct and meet patients to discuss and understand the patient's dental condition, oral and systemic health, concerns, objectives, and options. Explain the treatment plan, address any concerns, and answer any questions about the proposed treatment plan Work hand in hand with the doctors to make sure that the patient understands their treatment options. Reaching patients by phone to respond to inquiries and follow-up. Maintain a good relationship with patients by staying engaged throughout the entire process. Understand and utilize all system and work with our Marketing Department to ensure a great workflow. Offer and work with the patient on payment programs and financing. Making sure all consent forms and financing paperwork are duly filled out and signed by the patients.
