This is an important position within our organization and is ideal for someone who has experience in Private Duty Home Care, Home Health, healthcare staffing, or a similar healthcare environment . Responsibilities The successful candidate will assist with: Coordinating and scheduling caregivers, CNAs and HHAs Communicating with patients, families and caregivers Handling staffing changes and call-outs Helping ensure appropriate coverage for our Private Duty patients Assisting with new patient coordination and start-of-care needs Maintaining organized records and following up on outstanding issues Working closely with management to help grow and improve the Private Duty Division Participating in an after-hours on-call rotation approximately 2-4 nights per week , responding to patient, family and caregiver needs as they arise What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Extremely organized and dependable An exceptional communicator Comfortable speaking with patients, families, caregivers and healthcare professionals Able to remain calm and solve problems when staffing issues arise Responsive and comfortable handling an on-call phone after normal business hours Experienced in Private Duty Home Care or Medicare-certified Home Health preferred Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities Professional, compassionate and committed to excellent patient service Compensation & Growth Opportunity Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity for advancement as the Private Duty Division continues to grow Why FIRST at Home?
