Responsibilities of Treatment Coordinator Explain the treatment plan and any future changes in treatment with the patient, answering all questions to obtain approval for treatment Demonstrate exceptional customer service and professionalism Coordinate benefits administration and financial arrangements, including verifying insurance options and limitations to determine best possible financial options for the patient Accurately enter data into Dentrix Verify and scan patient identification and insurance information Set next visit appointments and fill future appointments for patients in need of treatment Assist with other job duties as requested by the Office Manager Keep up with patients and recalls Job Requirements High school diploma or GED Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Work well under pressure Dentrix software knowledge Strong organizational skills Must be able to work some
