This position serves as the bridge between exceptional patient care and efficient office operations by helping patients understand their treatment, coordinating schedules, and guiding them through financial and insurance information. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and creating a positive experience for patients from the moment they walk through the door, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional first impression Coordinate and explain treatment plans in a clear and supportive manner Answer patient questions regarding recommended care, procedures, and scheduling Review insurance benefits, estimated costs, and available payment options Collect payments and assist with financial arrangements Schedule appointments while maintaining an efficient and productive calendar Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and unscheduled care Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and team members to ensure excellent patient care Handle incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and general inquiries Help create a positive, welcoming experience throughout the patient's visit What We're Looking For Previous dental office experience preferred Experience with treatment coordination, patient scheduling, or dental insurance is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and financial information Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Passion for helping patients feel comfortable and confident about their dental care Benefits & Perks Competitive pay based on experience Bonus opportunities Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) and company matching Continuing education opportunities Tuition reimbursement Employee assistance program Employee discounts Uniform allowance Opportunities for advancement Supportive team culture focused on growth and development Job Type Full-time We are committed to providing exceptional care and creating outstanding patient experiences.
