What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate has previous dental front office experience, is comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and financial arrangements, and understands the importance of excellent patient communication. We are looking for someone who: Has at least 2 years of previous dental front office experience, preferably with treatment coordination responsibilities. Spanish Speaking Is confident presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients. Has excellent communication and customer service skills. Enjoys building relationships and helping patients feel comfortable and informed. Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy dental practice. Has a positive attitude and is willing to help with all front office responsibilities. Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the practice. Experience with TDO software and endodontics is a plus!

Job Responsibilities:

As our Treatment Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping patients understand their recommended treatment while also supporting the daily responsibilities of the front office. Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, helping patients understand their recommended care and associated costs. Discuss financial arrangements, payment options, and estimated insurance benefits with patients. Coordinate treatment appointments and follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled. Answer incoming calls, assist with patient questions, and provide a welcoming first impression. Greet patients, manage check-in and check-out, and ensure a smooth patient experience. Schedule and confirm appointments while helping maintain an organized and productive schedule. Assist with insurance verification, benefit explanations, and patient estimates as needed. Collect patient payments, discuss outstanding balances, and assist with front office financial responsibilities. Communicate effectively with Dr. Davis and the clinical team to ensure patients receive consistent information about their treatment. Schedule Monday
