This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality care and support while fostering a safe and nurturing environment for clients. Tech will also have office work. Duties Client care Hooking clients up for neurofeedback therapy Scheduling clients Reaching out to new clients Assist in management strategies that enhance clients' quality of care. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans. Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. Qualifications Experience working with individuals who have disabilities or mental health challenges is preferred. Strong skills in crisis intervention and behavior management are essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a client-centered focus.
