The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting the health, safety, comfort, and overall well-being of Copper Summit Assisted Living residents. This position provides hands-on resident care, coordinates daily care needs, administers medications in accordance with applicable regulations and facility policies, and works closely with residents, families, caregivers, and the nursing team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced assisted living environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring residents receive consistent, person-centered care while maintaining accurate documentation and communication. Previous experience in assisted living, senior care, medication administration, or a related healthcare setting preferred CNA certification is a plus, but is not required Must demonstrate the ability to safely and accurately administer medications according to physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident dignity and privacy
