Care Coordinator - Visiting Angels Since 2011, Visiting Angels has been a trusted home care agency serving families in our community with compassionate, professional care. We're looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team and help us continue our mission. This is a full‑time role for someone who is both caring and organized, who enjoys a fast‑paced, challenging environment where every day you make a real difference in people's lives. You'll support our clients in their daily living, with keeping the details and processes they need to thrive. At Visiting Angels, we support each other through cross‑trained, collaborative roles that oversee caregivers in the field with our clients at home. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to client inquiries and referral sources, providing clear and professional service information Conduct client assessments (phone and in-person), and supervisory visits.
