Job Description

Located in Edwardsville, IL, Hite Family Dentistry is looking for a dedicated and personable Treatment Coordinator to join its growing team. The practice is committed to providing high-quality dental care in a welcoming, supportive, and patient-focused environment. •1:00 PM Benefits Health insurance Employee dental benefits 401(k) / IRA plan Paid holidays Paid time off Bonus structure Uniform reimbursement Life insurance plan On-site training Mentorship and ongoing support Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of dental front office or administrative experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Professional, dependable, and patient-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment Confident communicating with patients about treatment recommendations and financial considerations Ability to work collaboratively with both the front office and clinical teams Key Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans to patients Discuss recommended treatment and answer patient questions Help patients understand treatment costs and available options Review and maintain accurate patient accounts Audit accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Read and interpret insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) Send patient statements and monitor outstanding balances Communicate with patients regarding account questions, treatment costs, and financial responsibilities Provide a welcoming and positive experience for every patient Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to support the overall patient experience If you are organized, personable, and passionate about helping patients understand and move forward with their dental care, we would love to hear from you. Pay:

$19.00
