In this vital role, the CCU case aid is responsible for the day-to-day office duties that accompany the care coordinator. As a case aid, you are to assist the care coordinator with managing a case load of about 250 clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your time management and organizational skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors in Will County. Duties
  • Scheduling appointments, as needed, for the assigned care coordinator
  • Answering phone calls for the care coordinators and handling client issues that do not require a care coordinator
  • Entering case notes for all client interactions and tasks
  • Making the 1st contact phone call within the 5-day time frame
  • Taking an intake when necessary
  • Re-scheduling appointments per supervisor direction
  • Monitor the care coordinator's schedule
  • Complete denial paperwork for clients that are not interested in services
  • Assist with care coordinator's incoming mail Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent time management
  • Able to use Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience working with seniors is a plus
  • HS Diploma required, associate's degree preferred
Pay:
$21.63 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
