Job Description

Royal Home Health Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and highly organized Care Coordinator to support daily client services, caregiver scheduling, and office operations. The Care Coordinator works closely with clients, caregivers, and management to help ensure services are properly staffed, scheduled, documented, and coordinated.
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor client and caregiver schedules, including coverage for schedule changes and call-offs. Ensure client schedules and authorized service hours are accurately maintained. Communicate with clients and caregivers regarding assignments, schedules, and service-related concerns. Assist with client intakes, supervisory visits, caregiver orientation, and routine client follow-up. Maintain accurate client and caregiver information in agency systems. Assist with authorizations, service documentation, billing-related activities, and other administrative functions as assigned. Escalate incidents, complaints, staffing concerns, and service issues to management as appropriate. Participate in backup emergency call coverage as scheduled.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities of the position . Previous healthcare or homecare experience preferred. Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with homecare scheduling or EVV software is preferred. Fluency in English and Filipino/Tagalog required due to regular job-related communication with Filipino/Tagalog-speaking staff and/or clients. Ability to work professionally with clients, caregivers, families, and management.
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
