We're Looking For:
AA Degree or equivalent 3-4 years experience in a managed care organization, hospital or physician's office.
What You'll Do:
Schedule:
Monday through Friday - Rotating schedule of 8:00am-4:30pm and 8:30am-5:00pm As a Referral Specialist , you'll play a vital role in the care team - supporting providers, connecting with patients, and helping ensure a seamless, compassionate experience every day. As a key member of the ambulatory care team, you will: Management and navigation of the centralized referral process. Responsible for the coordination and monitoring of discharge planning to provide cost effective care and quality outcomes to members in accordance with their benefit coverage guidelines. Participate in education and utilization management activities
