Supervises caregivers (home care aides), including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Coordinates client care plans by working with client , home care aides and responsible parties Conducts regular check ins to monitor service quality and ensure client satisfaction Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and agency policies Handles client intake and assessments , determining care needs and matching caregivers appropriately Maintains records and documentation , including care plans, incident reports, and progress notes Addresses issues or complaints from clients, families, or home care aides Manages schedules and coverage , including last-minute call-offs Coordinates emergency preparedness plans for clients and staff Handles disciplinary actions and conflict resolution among staff Ensures cultural sensitivity and person-centered care practices Oversees payroll inputs , verifying caregiver hours, timesheets, and visit logs Monitors caregiver documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
