We are seeking an energetic person with a positive attitude who can work independently and who will promote a positive patient experience. Our TC is the introduction for the patient and parents to the orthodontic adventure. Job duties for treatment coordinators include:
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be comfortable presenting treatment costs with the ability to present financial plans that fit their needs.
  • Have strong computer skills and the ability to learn computer software quickly
  • Be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • Be detail oriented, organized and be able to prioritize duties well
  • Feel comfortable working in others' mouths
  • Be able to work flexible hours
  • Greeting and introducing new patients to the office
  • Collecting, entering and reviewing patient and insurance information
  • Presenting patient diagnostic information
  • Presenting treatment options and financial commitments to patients
  • Completing contracts and arranging financing arrangements
  • Recalling patients about initiating orthodontic treatment
  • Charting detailed treatment information into the computer
  • Taking X-rays
  • Taking impressions and digital scans of teeth A working interview will be required.
Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
