As the connection between our patients and our clinical team, you'll play a key role in creating positive first impressions, building lasting relationships, and helping patients feel confident about their care.

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, caring environment for every patient; Guide patients through their treatment options and financial arrangements with clarity and compassion; Coordinate and schedule treatment to ensure the best experience and outcomes; Follow up with patients to answer questions, confirm appointments, and ensure a smooth journey; Collaborate with the clinical team to keep patients informed and cared for every step of the way; Be a problem-solver who goes the extra mile to make every visit exceptional; Ideally 2+ years of customer service experience. Dental experienced preferred but not necessary.
