Job Description
Position Summary :
The Aftercare & Visitation Coordinator is responsible for arranging and providing aftercare and/or visitation services for clients and their families and acting as a resource person between families and various community/service programs. Requirements K nowledge- Non-specific Bachelors' Degree and 1 year of experience in a related field preferred. Written Communication Skills
- Job requires writing skills sufficient to complete more difficult assignments, such as editing documents and materials for style and content, drafting substantive correspondence or reports, and organizing material into formats which ensure case of reading and understanding.
