ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Are you outgoing, organized, personable, and passionate about helping people smile? Huerter Orthodontics is looking for an enthusiastic Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team! As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be an important part of the patient experience—from the first orthodontic consultation through the decision to begin treatment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Welcome and build relationships with new patients and families Coordinate and facilitate new patient consultations Explain orthodontic treatment recommendations in a clear, understandable way Review treatment fees, insurance benefits, and financing options Help families understand their treatment investment and payment options Follow up with prospective patients and help coordinate treatment starts Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment efficiently Communicate with referring dentists and other dental professionals Maintain accurate patient records and treatment information Work closely with the orthodontist and clinical team Provide an exceptional, personal experience for every patient

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Friendly, confident, and professional personality Excellent communication and people skills Strong organizational and follow-through abilities Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements Positive attitude and genuine interest in helping patients Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented environment Previous orthodontic or dental experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
