The selected candidate will be instrumental in providing clinical supervision and coordinating staff activities in the IMCU to ensure the highest level of patient care. Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations in the Intermediate Care Unit, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Supervise and mentor nursing staff ensuring professional development and high standards of care. Develop and implement care plans and ensure accurate documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care strategies. Manage patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient status. Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare providers. Monitor and adjust staffing levels and workflow for optimum efficiency and quality of care.
