Serving Our Patients and One Another Postured to Learn and Inspire Relationship Driven Organized Toward Efficiency Going the Extra Mile Job description We are seeking a high-caliber Treatment Coordinator to join the face of our practice for new patients. In this role, you will guide families from their initial consultation through their decision to start treatment. This position bridges the gap between clinical recommendation, patient relations, and financial planning. Position Purpose To be the best part of our patients' day by providing a first-class orthodontic new patient experience. The right candidate must be self-motivated, organized, possess excellent verbal and communication/sales skills and attention to detail, and be extremely people oriented. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 or more years' experience in a clinical orthodontic or dental setting and finds it a true JOY to serve customers from the heart!
Core Responsibilities Lead Consultations:
Conduct seamless, professional new patient exams alongside the orthodontist, tailoring your presentation to the patient's cosmetic and corrective needs.
Financial Case Management:
Present payment options, coordinate and apply insurance benefits, and establish flexible contracts to overcome financial barriers to care. Excellent consumer communication, foundational comfort discussing multi-thousand-dollar financial investments, and a fast, eager learning style.
Proactive Follow-Up:
Manage the observation channel and pending patients diligently via phone, text, and email to maximize same-day and delayed starts.
Community Relations:
Maintain strong and trusted lines of communication with our network of local referring dentists and their teams. Promote our doctor and amazing team to new patients and our community. Live out our Core Values with one another to make this office a wonderful place to walk into each and every day.
Pay:
$23.00 - $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 34.0 per week
